With this we intend our organization to be an example of management and where our customers have the greatest confidence in the product they use.<\/p><p>For this reason, under the supervision of the General Management, a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 has been implemented, which is committed to complying with the applicable requirements in order to achieve continuous improvement of the quality management system. Farma-Qu\u00edmica Sur S.L. bases its policy on the following principles:<br>To satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers. Being efficient in service, offering quality products and providing technical support to all pharmaceutical professionals or private customers who require it.<br>Commitment in meeting delivery deadlines.<\/p><p>Compliance with the requirements of our management system based on ISO 9001, continuous improvement, and risk and opportunity management.<br>Compliance with legal requirements and other requirements subscribed to in relation to its quality aspects.<br>This policy is communicated to all employees and will be available to interested parties.
