For what purpose do we process your data?
The data you provide in the contact section will be processed in order to contact you to answer, process and properly manage the queries, comments, incidents or suggestions submitted.
The data you provide in the “Work at FQS” section will be processed in order to include you in the selection processes of our entity.
The data provided in the subscription section of our newsletter will be processed for the purpose of sending you newsletters about our activities and products.

The data provided when subscribing to our Newsletter will be kept indefinitely as long as you do not request to unsubscribe from the subscription service, a possibility that will be given to you in each communication you receive.

Video Surveillance Policy
In compliance with the data protection legislation in force, FARMAQUIMICA SUR SL, a company whose business is distribution, provides information on the processing of images captured by its video surveillance system.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the premises of FARMAQUIMICA SUR SL used for its distribution activity, including, among others, access areas, warehouse, loading and unloading docks, dispatch aisles, offices and car parks linked to the business.
The video surveillance system is not used for training or teaching purposes, but exclusively for the security purposes set out in this policy.
3. Purpose of the Processing
The purpose of the video surveillance system is to ensure the safety of the people, assets, goods and premises of the company, and to help prevent losses, incidents and unauthorised access in the distribution activity.
Cameras are not installed in rest areas, toilets, changing rooms, breastfeeding rooms or other spaces that could affect people's privacy.
4. Legal Basis
The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the controller under Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, aimed at ensuring security at the premises and in the distribution activity.
5. Recipients
The images will not be disclosed to third parties, except:
- Law enforcement agencies.
- Courts and tribunals.
- Competent authorities where there is a legal obligation.
If there is a company maintaining the system, it will act as Data Processor under a contract.
6. Retention Period
The images will be kept for a maximum of 30 days from capture, unless they must be kept because they relate to facts that may constitute an offence or because of a court or police request.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, erasure, restriction of processing and other rights recognised in the legislation in force by sending a request to: dpo@farmaquimicasur.com
When exercising the right of access to images, the date, time slot and approximate location must be stated as precisely as possible, for example: access to the warehouse, loading and unloading dock, dispatch aisle or office. Handling of the request may be affected by the presence of third parties in the images and by the applicable legislation.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been infringed.
