- INCI name and CAS number on the product pages, for the ingredient list on your label.
- Technical support: we answer questions about the ingredient (INCI name, CAS, presentation, documentation). Formulation and responsibility for the final product are yours; we give you the technical information we have on the raw material.

Do you sell to private individuals?
No. We sell only to companies and self-employed professionals.
Can I buy online?
There is no online shop: you request a quote from the website, by phone or by WhatsApp and we reply.
What documentation do you provide?
It depends on the product. Ask us for the documentation you need by phone, by WhatsApp or from the form and we will tell you what is available.
Do you deliver across Spain and Europe?
We are based in Málaga and deliver throughout Spain, on average within 24 to 48 hours depending on destination and availability. We also supply companies in other European countries, with lead times on request.
Can any ingredient be used in a cosmetic?
No. Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products does not allow some substances (Annex II) and restricts others (Annex III). If you are unsure about a specific ingredient, ask us.
